Every order is carefully packed, checked, and shipped with our trusted fulfillment partner — O(1) India Private Limited — to ensure that you receive only quality products.
However, if you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help.
🛍️ 1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We offer a Return or Replacement option in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received a different product than what was ordered.

The product is missing parts or accessories.
If your order meets any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at contact@shopmuchmore.in, including:

Description of the issue

Clear photos or video proof of the product and packaging
Our support team will verify the issue and guide you through the process.
🔄 2. Replacement or Refund Process
Once your return or replacement request is approved:

A replacement product will be shipped to you free of cost, or
-
A refund will be issued if the same product is unavailable.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product verification and approval.
🚫 3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products

Innerwear or undergarments

Food or health supplements
-
Customized or made-to-order items

Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
❌ 4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
To cancel an order before shipment, email us at contact@shopmuchmore.in as soon as possible.
💳 5. Refund Timeline
After your return is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed:

To your original payment method for prepaid orders, or

Via bank transfer or UPI for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders
Processing time:

ShopMuchMore approval: within 48 hours

Bank processing: 3–7 business days
🚚 6. Shipping Cost for Returns
If the return is due to a defective or wrong item, return shipping is free.
If the return is due to any other reason (like change of mind), the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
🇮🇳 7. Domestic Policy (India Only)
Currently, we ship and accept returns only within India.
International orders are not applicable under this policy.
